The living space is designed to be open and airy, seamlessly connecting the modern kitchen, dining area, and family room. The kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary creations you wish to make, with ample counter space available. Gather around the large dining table, which comfortably seats up to nine, complete with an extensive collection of dishes and place settings.
Your primary bedroom on the main level features a spacious king-size bed along with a large ensuite bath that offers both a tub and shower, as well as plenty of closet space. A second bedroom on this level includes a cozy queen bed and easy access to the front lanai. The nearby bathroom, conveniently located just down the hall, also includes a tub and shower.
Head upstairs to discover a loft-style third bedroom that creates a semi-private oasis for older kids, complete with a bunk bed (featuring a queen size below and twin XL above) and a pull-out sofa that can accommodate extra guests. An ensuite full bath with a step-in shower ensures comfort and convenience.
