Summary: Perfect location. Small condo building right on the ocean. Grounds well maintained. Unit was dated. Bedroom bath desperately needs work. Tub drains slow, handheld vs normal shower head. Faucet almost pulls out of the wall when activating shower head. Kitchen has basic supplies to fix a simple meal. Bed comfy.
