To secure your reservation, a 25% initial deposit along with the VRBO service fee is needed upon booking, while the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. Please be aware of our cancellation policy; cancellations made less than 60 days from your arrival may result in forfeiture of most fees. However, if we can re-book the canceled days, your fees could be refunded. As part of our COVID-19 response, full refunds are available for cancellations made at least one week prior to your arrival through the end of December 2020.
