Summary: Good, location close LIH airport, walking distance to Kalapaki Beach, some shops and restaurants. Central spot well suited as home base for exploration of southwest, east, and north sides of the island. Quiet and safe, pool area with nice view of the beach, barbecues available for guest use. Minor items to note are: Private seating area is a bit dark and hidden behind trees, A/C units and refrigerator are very noisy, low frequency noise from cruise ship in port can be bothersome.
