Positive: Easy access to the condo, close to the pool, and close to a local shopping center. The drive into Kona was short and quick. Three bedrooms was perfect for me, my wife and three granddaughters. We also loved the beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean.
Negative: Air conditioners were a bit noisy but, heh, no big deal.
Summary: Highly recommend this unit as a good alternative to a hotel.
