Beginning March 2023, please note that exterior painting will temporarily alter views from your villa and may restrict access to your lanai due to scaffolding and necessary cables. The hotel associated with the Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club is set to undergo renovations throughout 2024, affecting shared spaces such as the Fitness Center and Food & Beverage outlets, which will be relocated during this time. While one whirlpool and its adjoining pool area will be closed at a time, four other whirlpools and the surrounding pool area remain open for your enjoyment. Expect some noise during this period as work progresses throughout the property, including in your villa and common areas. ADA routes will still be accessible, although they may be influenced by the ongoing work.

From August 12, 2024, through December 18, 2024, the villas will receive refurbishments, with daily construction occurring during daytime hours. However, all other resort amenities are anticipated to be fully operational, allowing you to indulge in everything the resort has to offer.
