Summary: We checked in late, close to 11:30 as our flight was late. Elevetaor wasn't working so lugged all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Keys didn't work. Called front desk, they told us to come try another set. Left all our luggage and tired kids to walk down to the lobby to try the new keys. They didn't work. The woman at the front desk told us she'd send someone else to try. They tried and shocking that the keys still didn't work. Went back and forth with front desk woman for over an hour as she kept calling someone to figure out what to do. Past midnight now. She said she'd put us in another room for the night down a floor (yes, lugging all our bags down the stairs now) and she wouldn't charge us for it. She was expecting us to pay for the extra room, when they couldn't even get us into the room we already paid for. Elevator didn't work for the duration of the stay. Room was fine, resort was fine, front desk staff was not very helpful.
