Summary: The room had a balcony with a great ocean view. The pool was small but very nice. This property seemed to attract young families. Our room had nice countertops, was nicely decorated, but the carpet in the living room was dirty. The shelves in the closets were rusty, so we hung our clothes instead. We had to park on the road under trees which made for a car covered in bird droppings every morning. It is a quiet condo. complex near Safeway and close to a great walking/biking trail. There is a game room with a ping pong table.
