Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel without further fees if done prior to the balance being due (at least 30 days before arrival), where you would only lose your deposit. If you need to cancel after full payment, we will refund any nights we manage to rebook, minus the deposit. Summary: Just Wow! Everything was perfect in this unit and so clean! I loved how stocked it was. We really enjoyed the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and the short walk to the beach or pool. The pickleball courts were well maintained and the property is kept beautifully! This was our 8th visit to kamaole Sands. PMI property management runs a great and thorough rental business. We are looking forward to planning our next visit.
