To secure your stay in this incredible condo, a deposit of $400.00 is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival. Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel without further fees if done prior to the balance being due (at least 30 days before arrival), where you would only lose your deposit. If you need to cancel after full payment, we will refund any nights we manage to rebook, minus the deposit. In the event of tourism closures, you will receive full credit for future bookings without any processed balances. We highly recommend considering travel insurance for added peace of mind during your trip.
