Welcome to Hale Wailele (Waterfall House), a stunning tropical retreat that promises an unforgettable getaway. This spacious accommodation features floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room, offering breathtaking views of cascading fountains in the pool and a picturesque ocean vista framed by lush palm trees and flickering torches.

The unique architecture of this house showcases artistic designs like arches and cathedral ceilings, creating an inviting atmosphere you'll love to return to. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, it is essential to respect the peaceful surroundings, which means we do not host weddings, meetings, or parties. Reservations are only confirmed when you provide details about your group, including the purpose of your visit, ensuring that everyone enjoys a serene environment at normal conversation levels without disruptive behavior or excessive noise.

The second bedroom offers both a king and a queen bed, complete with a full guest bath, while the third bedroom includes a king bed, a cozy sitting area, and another full guest bath.

For those needing extra space, the den has a TV, a recliner, and a pullout sofa, opening up to a side yard perfect for enjoying games of croquet or bocce. The loft area overlooks the great room and comes equipped with a computer desk, a foosball table, two queen futons, and one double futon for added sleeping arrangements.

The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and two dining areas for lovely meals together. Prefer outdoor dining? Cook on the expansive lanai with a large stainless gas grill and an Evo grill, where ample seating awaits at two lanai tables.

Your tropical oasis spans over one acre, surrounded by beautiful gardens including an orchid garden, herb garden, and a wide variety of flowers and fruit trees such as papaya, lemon, lime, apple-banana, fig, and mango—perfect for nature enthusiasts.

Experience modern convenience with three smart-home features: two Nest doorbells at the front and side doors, along with a smart lock programmed with a code just for your stay.

A quick note about our local wildlife: Geckos are common marvels in this tropical paradise and can often be seen outdoors. They are harmless and considered good luck, helping control insect populations. If one ventures inside, they can easily be relocated back into the garden. Additionally, enjoy watching various birds, including Brazilian cardinals and exotic pheasants. While delightful, their sounds might disturb light sleepers, so consider using a sleep app or bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

When reaching out, please remember to include the total number of guests, details about your group, and the purpose of your trip. Mahalo!

Summary: We loved this property! The location, views, bedroom layout, and pool were absolutely perfect. It was clean and well maintained with all the kitchenware, gadgets, and spices we needed. We even found a few birthday candles which saved me a trip to the store. All the bedrooms are on the main level, making this a great choice for my aging mother and aunt who join us. Only the loft was up a flight of stairs which was perfect for the kids to have their own space. We really enjoyed the outside spaces. The pool was awesome and the yard provided the kids space to play. We easily found all the pool toys and beach gear we need. The sounds of nature at night were mesmerizing. The only con to mention was that we had some trouble accessing the property when we first arrived. The ower responded quickly and got us squared away.
