Summary: 7th floor in a beach front condo with spectacular 360 views along the beach. In January lots of high surf which enhances the view. Unit is nicely finished, with well equipped kitchen. Lanai is in the process of being renovated and by April work should be completed. Owner deals with any issues immediately..Internet is very fast. A breeze blows right through the unit keeping theunit very comfortable. On demand hot water keeps it readily available..
