Please note that all prices are subject to a 17.42% tax. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. The cleaning fee is $175.00, and there is a $30.00 damage protection waiver along with a $50.00 service fee. To secure your reservation, a $400.00 deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellations made prior to the balance being due will result in the forfeiture of the deposit only. If cancellation occurs after full payment, refunds will be issued for any nights we can rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. In cases where tourism is restricted, you will receive a full credit towards a future booking. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged for peace of mind.
