Summary: It was okay. What bothered me was that I asked to do an early check-in and they were going to charge me $35. Then they wanted a deposit of $250 in case we damaged anything. It's not really a hotel but offices on the lower floors, apartments above. Many of the apartments are lived in while others are "hotel". We were on the 25th floor and I'm not super comfortable being that high up in a building. But it worked out and gave us the space we needed.
