Reservations for this stunning property are available in weekly (7-night) increments, allowing check-ins and check-outs exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please note that beginning March 2023, external building painting will temporarily affect villa views and lanai access due to necessary scaffolding and cables during work on the tower.

In addition, renovations throughout 2024 will enhance the common areas shared with the adjacent hotel. During this time, be aware that the Fitness Center and several food and beverage options will be relocated. While one whirlpool and part of the pool may be closed during specific periods, the resort's other four whirlpools and surrounding pool area will remain accessible for your enjoyment.

From August 12 to December 18, 2024, the Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club will undergo villa refurbishment. This daily work will occur during daytime hours, which may cause some construction noise, although most amenities will remain fully operational for your use.
