Summary: This was our second stay at this amazing beachfront condo. Beach access was easy and the two onsite pools offer a great option on windy days. Sunsets from the 3rd floor lanai are breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and tools you will need. We also used the barbecue on the lanai and ate many meals out there. We love the proximity of Makena Surf to some excellent restaurants in the Wailea area. We should also mention the decor in this particular condo. In viewing other Makena Surf VRBO options, we found nothing to compare to the feel this owner has created with their furnishings and artwork. All the beach paraphernalia is available as well so no need to worry about chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. We will likely be back again to this sweet spot in South Maui. Kudos to our hosts who really thought of everything and were super responsive to our requests. Scott K and family October 2025
