The accommodations at the Club Wyndham Royal Garden at Waikiki include both studio and one-bedroom presidential resort suites, ideal for accommodating two to four guests. Ranging from 380 to 815 square feet, the studio options feature either a king or queen bed, a kitchenette, and select units come with a private lanai. The spacious one-bedroom presidential suite includes a master bedroom with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, alongside separate living and dining areas and a kitchenette for your convenience.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee. Please keep in mind that our luxury resorts utilize a system called Allocate Upon Arrival, meaning the precise suite assigned to you will be provided at check-in. The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old and should present a valid ID and credit card in their name. A pre-authorization of $250 from any major credit card is required at check-in, with potential damages billed upon checkout.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. ET at the main building, while checkout is at 10 a.m. ET. All reservations are subject to Hawaii's Transient Occupancy Tax upon checkout, approximately $12.82 per day, in addition to the transient accommodations tax and sales tax collected by Airbnb.

The name on the reservation must align with the ID of the person checking in. It is your responsibility to inform us of the name of the individual who will be checking in during booking. If a name change is required, a fee of $99 applies. Reservations must have distinct names for each booking made for the same dates to avoid cancellations by Wyndham.

A credit card provided at check-in will serve as a security deposit, with rooms inspected post-cleaning. Any damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file. Please be aware that Wyndham enforces maximum occupancy limits for room types; failure to comply may result in cancellation of your reservation. Regrettably, pets are not permitted, although service animals trained to perform specific tasks are allowed.
