Please note that beginning January 2024, the air conditioning system will be temporarily out of service due to maintenance. However, with the cooler winter temperatures, most guests find that the multiple sliding glass doors and ceiling fans create a comfortable natural airflow.

This one-bedroom villa boasts magnificent ocean and beach vistas from both the living and bedroom areas. The high vaulted ceilings contribute to an open and airy atmosphere. Recent upgrades include fresh interior paint, new flooring, and a complete bathroom remodel. The master bedroom features a luxurious Cal-King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a designated desk area for those needing to work during their stay. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and well-stocked cabinets filled with dishes, cookware, and utensils for longer stays. Additional smaller appliances, such as a dual Cuisinart coffee center, toaster, blender, and rice cooker, are also provided. Complimentary Wi-Fi and basic cable are included, and upon arrival, you'll find a starter set of kitchen and bath essentials. Please note that the occupancy level is strictly limited to 2 guests.

The Maui Kaanapali Villas (MKV) resort provides an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay, including two swimming pools, a fitness center, a beach activities center, and complimentary shuttle service to Whalers Village. Enjoy meals at Castaway's oceanfront restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on the property. Please be aware that MKV imposes a daily resort fee of $25.00 plus applicable taxes, payable directly at the resort upon arrival. This fee covers parking for one vehicle as well.
