Note: During the holiday season, from December 15 to January 10, there is a 14-night minimum stay requirement. A 10-night stay may be considered if covering only one holiday period: December 18-28 or December 29-January 8.

House Rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, during which noise should not unreasonably disturb neighbors. Sounds audible beyond property boundaries during non-quiet hours should align with residential norms.
2. Amplified sounds audible beyond property boundaries are strictly prohibited.
3. Parking must be limited to designated areas on-site; street parking is not allowed.
4. Parties or gatherings exceeding registered guests are not permitted.
5. A maximum of 2 guests per bedroom is permitted, including children over 2 years old.
6. Total occupancy cannot exceed 12 guests.

Every guest must sign a copy of these House Rules to acknowledge they have read and agree to comply.
