Summary: Very nice condo located on the 1st floor. What we liked best was the 2min walk to the beach. It was also very convenient to great restaurants and shops (all walkable). You have to try the 808 deli. Tom and Karissa's place also had all the beach toys needed. Chairs, cooler and umbrella that came in handy every day. There were boogie boards, and paddle ball games to. Would definitely stay here again mostly for the location and toys. The unit was great and Karissa did check in with us upon arrival to make sure everything was ok. Ps, there are so many vrbo's in Kihei it's hard to know if your picking the right one. I looked at some of the other places we were considering while we were there and I am so glad I picked this place.
