Location is key, and Bungalow 12 shines in this regard. Nestled across the street from the gorgeous Kaanapali Beach, you can easily access one of Maui’s top-rated stretches of sand. Additionally, you'll find a multitude of highly-recommended dining establishments in close proximity, including Merriman's, Monkeypod, and Duke's Beach House.

Your comfort is our priority, which is why all beds in our bungalow feature brand new memory foam mattresses—boasting an impressive 4.5-star rating from over 24,000 reviews—ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our cozy bedding includes oversized alternative down pillows and soft microfiber sheets, providing the ultimate relaxation after a day of adventure.

Designed with families in mind, Bungalow 12 offers ample space for everyone. The unique sleeping loft provides room for four children, while a twin-size trundle bed is available in the second bedroom for those little ones who wish to snuggle up close. We also provide beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, snorkel sets, and boogie boards, ensuring that your family has everything needed for a perfect day by the ocean.

We take cleanliness seriously at Bungalow 12. Upon your arrival, you can expect a spotless and fully disinfected space thanks to our professional cleaning team. Our rigorous protocols include thorough surface disinfection, hot water washing of all linens, and the provision of essential cleaning supplies to maintain a hygienic environment throughout your stay.

Exciting pickleball activities await you! During your visit, you will have access to eight paddles and plenty of balls for your enjoyment. While we do not have onsite pickleball courts, there are excellent options nearby:

• Lahaina Civic Center: Just a short 8-10 minute drive south, these free-to-use courts function on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Kapalua Tennis Garden: Located about 8-10 minutes north, these courts are available for a small fee, and you can reserve your spot ahead of time.

Please note that International Colony Club is a non-smoking resort, and pets are not permitted. For safety reasons, be aware that the ladder to the sleeping loft is steep and narrow, so supervision of young children is necessary. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM until 8 AM, and guests assume responsibility when using our bikes—please secure them appropriately to avoid replacement costs.

There are window units in both primary bedrooms for your comfort. Although there is no air conditioning in the loft or living area, Maui's natural breezes typically reduce the need for AC. Trip insurance is strongly recommended as our cancellation policy does not cover unforeseen circumstances like weather or medical emergencies.
