This exquisite home has undergone a complete remodel worth over $2.4 million and features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms. You'll be captivated by breathtaking views of Diamond Head, the ocean, city lights, mountains, and mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets from various vantage points throughout the property. The two upstairs bedrooms each come equipped with their own private bathrooms for added convenience.

Step into the gourmet kitchen, where you'll find exquisite cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine flooring, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The interiors are adorned with American Made heirloom furniture traditionally reserved for multi-million dollar homes—not rental pieces but personal furnishings that enhance the warm atmosphere of this haven. This home is occupied by its owners throughout the year and is available for a select few families to enjoy during their travels away from Hawaii.

The beach house boasts highly efficient split-level air conditioning units in each bedroom and the main living area, although the abundant ocean breezes and ceiling fans often keep it comfortably cool without needing air conditioning. Surrounded by lush landscaping filled with native Hawaiian plants, trees, and foliage, your senses will surely be delighted.

Downstairs, you’ll discover a baby grand piano for your musical enjoyment—an uncommon feature in beach homes. The living room opens up seamlessly to a large covered lanai, surrounded by tropical landscaping and a raised herb garden bed, ready for your culinary creations. For outdoor cooking, fire up the “Giant Green Egg” BBQ grill (charcoal required) while taking in stunning views from the spacious lanai. A large 75” plasma TV with cable and DVD player is provided for your entertainment, along with additional TVs in the upstairs master and the two downstairs bedrooms that can connect to your devices.

Step outside onto the lanai, where your adventure continues! Walk past the herb garden, across the verdant lawn, and feel the warm white sand beneath your toes as the inviting Pacific Ocean calls you for a swim or a day of fun in the waves. Enjoy boogie boarding, body surfing, or simply soaking up the sun on one of Hawaii's most picturesque beaches—you may want to rinse off in the outdoor shower before unwinding back inside. Additionally, you have the option to rent surfboards or stand-up paddleboards at a discounted rate, delivered directly to you.

This luxurious beach home accommodates up to eight guests, and you will find an abundance of personal items creating a true home-away-from-home experience. Please remember that zoning laws allow no more than eight guests to sleep on the premises. Our personal house rules specify that outside guests not listed on the rental agreement are not permitted without the owner's written permission. A House Rules and Features List will be provided upon your arrival to help you maximize your enjoyment of this stunning property.

Every beach in Hawaii is publicly accessible, including the beautiful stretch of coastline just steps from your door. While enjoying your stay, you may encounter other beachgoers sharing the space.

Your sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master bedroom, outfitted with top-quality Kingsdown mattresses for supreme comfort. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed with scenic ocean views, while both downstairs bedrooms feature queen beds as well. Each room includes ceiling fans to enhance your comfort, and with three full bathrooms available, you won’t have to worry about waiting in line. Open the windows to let the soothing sounds of waves and gentle ocean breezes fill your nights.

You’ll find some of Oahu’s best beginner surfing right at your doorstep. Cast a fishing line from your slice of paradise in the backyard, bask in the sunlight, or host a picnic on one of the two lanais while watching the waves crash against the shore.

Please note, this beach house is situated in a friendly local community, made up of residents who have lived here for generations. The crime rate in Ewa Beach is notably lower than in many other areas of Hawaii, although we recommend maintaining vigilance and securing your belongings at all times, especially when traveling around the island.

When selecting accommodations, be cautious of advertisements claiming beach access or proximity that may not reflect the reality of your rental. Ensure you receive high-quality images and verify the location’s relationship to the beach so you know what to expect. Our home truly provides direct access to the sandy shores of Ewa Beach, unlike properties that may mislead with such claims.

Please refrain from planning any parties, reunions, or gatherings that involve outside guests who aren’t part of your group, as our property isn’t suited for such purposes. Our rental agreement strictly prohibits these activities, and our manager will enforce compliance.
