Summary: I was not aware of the unit/room cleaning was only available as added charge. We stayed for 4 nights and would have appreciated the room cleaning even one day of the duration of the stay. Although we were given new towels and bathroom amenities as needed. The chat message in hotels.com wasn’t as attentive. I also appreciated the welcome gesture of the host providing us a bottle of Chardonnay (we didn’t consumed it; put in the fridge) 2 waters and a couple snacks.
