This expansive two-story residence features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests comfortably. The top floor boasts four spacious bedrooms, three of which include their own en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TVs, and luxurious king and queen-sized beds. Perfect for younger guests, the bunk room offers sleeping arrangements for up to six with two full-sized beds on the bottom and twin beds on top (note: this room does not have air conditioning). The lower level includes an additional bedroom with a king-sized bed alongside a convenient full bath that also serves as a powder room.

The penthouse’s culinary space is designed with premium Subzero appliances and a Viking dual fuel range featuring six burners and a griddle. An oversized bar area, complete with a sink, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee machine, wine fridge, and seating, ensures that entertaining is effortless. Please note that the ice machine is currently replaced by a counter unit until a full-size version arrives. You will find a formal living room, a cozy family room, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas equipped with a gas grill for memorable meals.

With air conditioning in all rooms except for the laundry and bunk room, along with excellent trade winds circulating throughout, you can fully enjoy the refreshing salty breezes and scenic sounds of the beach below.
