Your new getaway is conveniently located along the picturesque Walua walking trail, with easy access to excellent snorkeling opportunities, boutique shopping, and delectable dining options, all within minutes. Enjoy the tranquility of the tropics while being aware that geckos and insects are part of the natural Hawaiian experience; monthly pest control is conducted, but some wildlife may still wander into your space.

Please note that this property maintains a strict no-smoking policy throughout the premises, including driveways. The inviting pool deck, private pool, and soothing spa are reserved solely for guest use, although the friendly hosts reside in the main house on the property. While there is no air conditioning in the cottage, you will find comfortable ceiling fans in nearly every area. The peaceful ambiance is complemented by occasional sounds from Hwy 11, which may be noticeable.

During your stay, enjoy shared access to the pool deck as well as the pool itself, which is solar-heated and primarily utilized when guests are present. Keep in mind that the pool floats featured in photos may vary in availability, though you can expect some to be on hand during your visit.

As part of the true Hawaiian lifestyle, you might encounter geckos and other typical insects occasionally making their way indoors. For allergy-sensitive guests, please be advised that the property is home to a pup and three outdoor cats, which should not be allowed inside the cottage. Refunds cannot be issued after payment if allergies are a concern.

The hot tub operates daily from approximately 5:30 PM to 9 PM, with an option for extended use available for $25 per day. Your accommodation will be stocked with an initial supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap; however, you will need to replenish these items as necessary throughout your stay. Please note that there is no daily maid service, but the cottage will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after you check out.

Upon arrival, park at the bottom of the driveway next to the pool deck and main house garage. You’ll find a lockbox with the key for the sliding door to access your retreat.
