Positioned on the 25th floor, this beautifully renovated studio offers sweeping views of the surrounding landscape and is located within the prestigious Monarch Hotel. The condo features air conditioning, a Smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchenette for all your culinary needs. On-site parking is available for an additional fee.
