*Lost parking gate cards will result in a replacement fine of $250.00
*Lost garage entry fob will result in a replacement fine of $50.00 per fob.
*Early checkins may not be available due to the parking gate card used by cleaning, please do not checkin early unless advised.
*Checkin time is at 3PM.
*Checkout time is at 11AM.
*For the use of the bunk beds and sleeper sofa, please provide advance notice so we may provide additional linens in the unit.
