Positive: The central location was fantastic! Beach, small stores, restaurants all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the appliances newer, and all electronics worked well. The unit feels spacious, is well appointed with everything necessary, and boasts sunset views. The unit’s flooring needs a deep clean. The rugs were soiled, stained and matted, and the tile (particularly in the kitchen, was dirty and sticky. All in all, a wonderful stay and a good value. Also, the rental staff was responsive and helpful.

Summary: Family friendly, walkable, well equipped.
