Each unit features fully equipped kitchens and elegant furnishings with spacious layouts ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet. The Beach Villas’ value goes beyond mere accommodation. Expect a warm welcome with curbside greetings, assisted luggage handling, personalized tours of your villa, and complimentary beach gear such as snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and an ice chest. To make your arrival seamless, we also offer an Instacart grocery delivery service directly to your villa between 2 PM and 4 PM on your arrival date (specific instructions can be found on our website).

Your spacious 139 m² villa includes three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Located on the second floor of the Ocean Tower, you can enjoy views of the pool and lagoon 2. This villa boasts a sofa bed in the living room to further accommodate your group, excluding children under two.

The primary bedroom is generously sized and features a private bathroom with a sliding door that opens to a small lanai overlooking the golf course and mountains (please note restricted access to the lanai on weekdays from August 23rd through December 22nd). Relax in the king-sized bed and indulge in the five-piece bath equipped with a deep tub, double sinks, and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed while the third contains two twin beds that can be converted into a king on request. In total, there are two full bathrooms and one half-bath, enhancing convenience for your group.

Families will appreciate additional amenities like floor futons for children, Pack N Plays, highchairs, and strollers. The open lanai facing the lagoon pool is furnished for your comfort, perfect for enjoying the scenic beauty. After April 25, 2022, all lanai furniture will be ready for your use without any restrictions related to painting projects.

Located just steps away from the pools and beautiful grounds, the layout of the villa provides a homey atmosphere. Gather around the dining table that seats six or enjoy casual meals at the kitchen island equipped with premium appliances. Stay entertained with a large smart TV in the living room and additional TVs in each bedroom, all complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi.
