Please note that this is a NO SMOKING UNIT, including the lanai. Hale Kamaole has implemented a RESTRICTED SMOKING POLICY, so guests must use designated smoking areas outside the condo. The maximum occupancy for this unit is two (2) adults and three (3) children aged 16 or under, or four (4) adults. The sofa bed features a brand-new memory foam mattress.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-ins are welcome; however, late check-outs require advance notice and will incur an extra day’s booking at half the rental price. Our Hawaii tax ID # is 125-249-3312-01 and the TMK is 2-3-9-004-084-0007-000.

A deposit of at least two nights' rental rate is required upon making your reservation, with the full balance due 60 days prior to arrival. On-island management is provided by Hale Kamaole Homeowners Rentals LLC.
