The peaceful ambiance is enhanced by a tranquil Koi pond, lush gardens, and the soothing sounds of ocean surf, allowing you to escape the rush of larger hotels. Our unit, number 114, is a ground-level garden apartment featuring one bedroom and one bathroom, embodying a sense of peace and harmony immersed in vibrant tropical scenery. Enjoy the cool embrace of trade winds that naturally ventilate the space, eliminating the need for air conditioning.

Your private shower boasts a dual control shower head with a convenient hand wand, while the toilet includes a bidet for added comfort. Room rates exclude taxes (Hawaii General Excise tax of 4.167% & Transient Accommodation tax of 9.25%). A pre-arrival cleaning is included, and additional cleanings can be arranged at your expense if desired. Please note that a minimum stay of three nights is required.

To secure your booking, a deposit of half the total rental cost is due at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival date. Our cancellation policy states that if you cancel within 30 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. However, should we successfully rebook the room, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
